- We deliver products to our customers with topmost priority ensuring that there is no transit damage.
- We ship the ordered product with a tax invoice.
- Delivery time may vary from product to product and based on stock availability.
- Physical damage by customer’s negligence shall not be accepted for return.
- In case of transit damage during delivery SACS shall take responsibility for the replacement of the same product.
- The product which is to be returned should contain all accessories of the product in the original condition along with carton box.
- Goods once sold & installed at the customer’s place cannot be returned.
- If any customer refuses to accept the ordered product without a valid reason, then the customer should pay shipping charges for the product.
- Refund of canceled products shall be done in 6 – 7 working days.
